The days of October are filled with opportunities to connect with the ancestral realm, the spirits beyond the veil, beyond the physical reality of our existence on this planet...
A big emotion comes up when we are working with this unseen, non-physical realm.
Fear is one of those emotions.
It is not an easy emotion to work through. But it is essential to recognize... Essential to face...
It didn't surprise me when my dear teacher @angelasumner__ created the portal for I am magic this month to be diving into fear...
My friends have always marveled at how fearless I am... My family as well... But I am here to tell you now... Though I do not fear being alone in the forest, climbing a mountain, working with large animals, poisonous plants, and diving into these realms beyond the veil...
There are fears that I hold in my body. Fears that trauma has left in my body. Fears of facing deep rooted truths of conditioning.
I didn't want to do this work this month, I thought of all the excuses not to face this space of fear. Which is why I dove in head first.
There are lots of tactics being used against US during these pivotal times... Breath is what has been saving me. Alongside my plant medicines, meditation time, my potent teachers and healers...
Community is what this comes down to.
Remember the simple facts that I stated above.
Sending you love and strength to transmute the fears...
