I N T U I T I O N
How often do you listen to your inner voice.
The one that is quiet...
Whispering, sometimes, when our mind is racing... We can't hear it at all.
This is our intuition.
Our 'gut' feeling.
Did you know, that this voice, is the one coming from Great Spirit? From Source? From God? It's the one to listen to.
Calming your human mind down.
Soothing the brain, and at the same time, your ego... This is when we can let our intuition be our best guide.
If you've ever gone against it, usually you know, that it is the one voice that is always right.
Now, and especially now, given the current climate of the Globe... Is the time to trust ONLY the inner voice.
Not the one connected to fear.
Not the 'monkey' brain of to do lists, and rampant, disconnected thoughts.
The whisper.
The calm one.
The one you barely hear...
It's time to turn our minds back to Spirit...

Waking up. Right? We are waking up to truth. To w

Right?
We are waking up to truth.
To who we are as human beings...
Aren't we?
Do you feel that shaking in your bones?
The shaking of your ancestors.
The whispers of your intuition.
That is the key to your unfolding...
How you move most free.
What lights your soul on fire.
That thing that your human ego says is scary, or will get you in trouble.
That is the thing to run toward.
What spirit is nudging you to take action.
Waking up is not as easy as it is in the morning.
Waking up means taking risks.
Jumping in fully to the whispers of your soul.

Journaling.
Meditating.
Coffee.
It allows for time to set the intention for the day.
Today, reclaiming our power as individuals to nourish and create potent community.
How are we fueling negativity in our minds?
Have you ever noticed when you are close to negative energies, you can feel it like an ocean wave? How the heaviness washes over you?
This can be from one person. One situation.
Think about hundreds of people.
Hundreds of situations.
Concentrated in many areas.
How powerful that wave of energy feels... It could nock you down.
Lots of us are in very intense situations these days.
We are being faced with decisions, wakening to illusions and in some cases our lives are shifting out of our control... Or so it seems...
When we take the time to tend our energies, as individuals.
We are able to nourish the whole of our communities, efficiently and beautifully...
Just as that wave of negative energy can be so powerful, the same comes from the vibrations of love, strength, determination, optimism...
So.
Today.
Begin to see your mind.
Be the observer.
What do you say to yourself?
How do you react, in your head, to situations that happen around you?
Then go back to your morning... How was the tone of the day set... Lots of answers show up here my friends.
